Practices and Challenges of Quality of Training in selected Agriculture TVET College in the case of Mersa and Kombolcha ATVET in North Wollo, Amhara Region, Ethiopia

Abstract

This study was designed to assess Practices and Challenges of Quality of Training in selected Agriculture TVET College in the case of Mersa and Kombolcha ATVET in North Wollo. The research were tried to identify the critical issues and key stakeholders. A sample of 239 trainees, trainer, department head and deans engaged for the study using stratified sampling procedure. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.
