The success of organizational performance is closely linked to the implementation of ethical leadership practices. Adopting ethical leadership is a basic requirement for all corporate organizations worldwide. Furthermore, to guarantee organizational performance in service organizations generally and higher education specifically, the Ethiopian government is paying close attention to ethical leadership. Even with their massive investments in the field, many public TVET colleges struggle with unethical leadership, which negatively impacts organizational performance.
