Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate project-based training in TVET colleges in the case of
Central Sidama Zone. For this purpose, an attempt was made to see the understanding of project-
based training, the current implementation of PBT, the qualifications and skills of the trainers for
PBT, and the issues that are difficult for the implementation.
