    The study would deal leadership style and its effect on organizational culture at Sawla polytechnic college. The main objective of this study was to examine the effect of leadership style on organizational culture. This study would use descriptive and explanatory research design. The methodology for this research study would use mixed approach. The sampling method was purposive and stratified sampling technique. From 171 of the total population 120 sample size would select from the total population of Sawla polytechnic college.

    This study was designed to assess Practices and Challenges of Quality of Training in selected Agriculture TVET College in the case of Mersa and Kombolcha ATVET in North Wollo. The research were tried to identify the critical issues and key stakeholders. A sample of 239 trainees, trainer, department head and deans engaged for the study using stratified sampling procedure. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.

    The success of organizational performance is closely linked to the implementation of ethical leadership practices. Adopting ethical leadership is a basic requirement for all corporate organizations worldwide. Furthermore, to guarantee organizational performance in service organizations generally and higher education specifically, the Ethiopian government is paying close attention to ethical leadership. Even with their massive investments in the field, many public TVET colleges struggle with unethical leadership, which negatively impacts organizational performance.

    ASSESSMENT ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEADERSHIP STYLE OF DEANS IN SHAMBU POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE, OROMIA REGIONAL STATE

    The main purpose of the study was assessment on the effectiveness of leadership styles of Deans in Shambu poly technic College, Oromia regional State. The study employs mixed research approaches method. Data will be mainly collected using questionnaires and semi-structured interview guides. Participant of the study will be trainers, trainees, vice deans, administrative staff of College, zonal and town Job creation and skill bureau head. The study will be conducted on forty trainers, two hundred thirty nine trainees, three vice deans, twelve administrative staff of College, one town Job creation and skill bureau heads and one zonal Job creation and skill bureau heads using the MLQ 5x short form questionnaire, which is a standardized questionnaire of high repute
