The study employs mixed research approaches method. Data will be mainly collected using questionnaires and semi-structured interview guides. Participant of the study will be trainers, trainees, vice deans, administrative staff of College, zonal and town Job creation and skill bureau head. A questionnaire was employed to gather the data's required for the research. The study employed a mixed research methodology and it was both descriptive and explanatory in design. Both descriptive and inferential analysis methods were used to analyze the quantitative data to achieve the intended objective, and multiple linear regressions to investigate the impact of explanatory variables on entrepreneurial intention. 160 trainees from a total population of 265 trainees, 7 sector heads and 2 deans were the sample for this study, which used proportional stratified and comprehensive sampling techniques.
