The study employs mixed research approaches method. Data will be mainly collected using questionnaires and semi-structured interview guides. Participant of the study will be trainers, trainees, vice deans, administrative staff of College, zonal and town Job creation and skill bureau head. The study will be conducted on forty trainers, two hundred thirty nine trainees, three vice deans, twelve administrative staff of College, one town Job creation and skill bureau heads and one zonal Job creation and skill bureau heads using the MLQ 5x short form questionnaire, which is a standardized questionnaire of high reputeItem eterminants of entrepreneurial intention of TVET trainees in Amhara Region, North Shewa Zone: The Case of Deneba TVET College(0024-10) Habtamu ShewayeThe overall objective of the study was to examine the key Determinants of entrepreneurial intention of TVET trainees in Deneba TVET College. A questionnaire was employed to gather the data's required for the research. The study employed a mixed research methodology and it was both descriptive and explanatory in design. Both descriptive and inferential analysis methods were used to analyze the quantitative data to achieve the intended objective, and multiple linear regressions to investigate the impact of explanatory variables on entrepreneurial intention. 160 trainees from a total population of 265 trainees, 7 sector heads and 2 deans were the sample for this study, which used proportional stratified and comprehensive sampling techniques. ProfessorThis study is intended to fill the gap by exploring the intention and of PHEI students in general and specifically to examine how Gender, Family background, Entrepreneurship education, Perceived access to finance, perceived government policy and Social normaffect Entrepreneurial intention of undergraduate students of private higher education institution. Stratified Simple Random sampling technique was used to draw sample from population. The primary data of this study was gathered by distributing 219 survey questionnaires to respondents at private higher education institution. From these sample questionnaires, the responses of 210 respondents were qualified for analysis and analyzed through Descriptive statistics,Independent T-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and multiple linear regression Analysis. The results indicated that there are significant and positive relationships between all the independent variables.
